This is the third class in my Botanical Mandala Masterclass Series.
Paint with Watercolors, Inks and Gouache
Sink into the mindful and meditative process of beautiful Botanical Mandalas using Watercolor and Inks. (Projects with Gouache and Pens are also included).
We will mix materials and create beautiful bouquet mandalas and gorgeous Botanical Mandala designs inspired by a single botanical! A perfect follow on from my classes - Draw and Paint Botanical Motifs and Draw and Color Botanical Mandalas.
This class is Episode 3 of the Botanical Mandala Masterclass Series and included in the Masterclass Bundles. It is also a perfect companion for my books.
Class Overview
We will sink into the mindful and meditative process of beautiful Botanical Mandalas using mostly Watercolor and Inks. There are also projects that include Gouache and Pens. We will mix materials and create beautiful bouquet mandalas and gorgeous Botanical Mandala designs inspired by a single botanical!
In this class, we will:
- Invite calm into our mandala practice through meditation audios, music and meditative creation.
- Create beautiful backgrounds using various textures with watercolor and inks.
- Blend, mix and layer.
- Mix textured watercolor and ink with simple Botanical line work.
- Combine loose paint with tighter pen work. (perfect to balance the two approaches to mandalas)

Hello, I am a British mixed-media artist with a passion for color, nature and mandala making.
My intention is to inspire and help creative souls of all ages tap into their muse through my fun and relaxed approach to art-making in my online classes.
My classes include videos, audios, pdf downloads and different techniques. All filmed in my studio in Spain. I have been offering online learning since 2010, and as technology has improved, I am now updating my videos and classrooms to create an easy to use environment for you to enjoy. All classes are self-paced and have lifetime access.
My mission is to create a learning environment online where you feel you are right here in my studio with me, watching lots of demos and working through each project, inspired by what I am showing you to then create on your own.
